dr Joanna Nieżurawska-Zając,

Joanna Niezurawska – Zając Ph.D.

Ph.D. in economics in the field of management. The title was awarded to her at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, in 2010.

Joanna Nieżurawska is a Ph.D. in economy in the field of managing, a certified NGO business coach (Certificate issued in 2012 by Department of Public Benefit of Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy in Warsaw), international coach in intercultural education (certified obtained in CREFT Institution in Lisbon, 2015), expert in strategic educational international projects (certified obtained in Rome 2015), as well as a coach in teaching the youth (certified obtained in Institute Mine Vaganti on Sardinia (2015).

She conducts trainings on managing, project managing, HR managing, managing diversity, and managerial skills. She has over 2000 hours of training in her experience, working for a variety of foundations, institutions and universities. She’s the author of a book on flexible remuneration systems and over 40 scientific articles on managing both in Polish and English.

She’s had a lot of international exposure. She participated in numerous internships and study visits at international universities, including: Belgium University Liege (Belgium), Normandy Business School Le Havre (France), Polytechnic Institute of Setubal (Portugal), Porto Polytechnic (Portugal), Laurea Uniwersytecie in Helskinki (Finland) or at Said Business School in the UK. She also participated in trainings and job-shadowing opportunities as part of the Erasmus Plus projects: on Sardinia, in Lisbon, or in Rome. She took part in a dozens of international conferences, among others, in Germany, Portugal, Turkey, or Finland. In 2016, she chaired a discussion panel during a significant conference in London – „18th International Conference on Economics and Human Resource Management”.

An expert at knowledge transfer.  She was the main executor of a project for the Ministry of Science and Higher Education titled ” Conditionings of Knowledge Transfers and Innovative Activity of Enterprises (acronym COTRANS) for years 2015-2017”.

The coordinator in Poland of the international project called YOU A.C.E! under the Erasmus Plus Program – KA2. The project is being realized in partnership with Plymouth University (UK), Institute of Entrepreneurship Development from Larissa (Greece), Youth Entrepreneurship Association from Vilnius (LITHUANIA) and our Italian Leader – Alessandro Gariano (2017-2019).

She’s an active person who enjoys travelling and challenges. Additionally, she’s a member of an international organization International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI), based in Hong Kong, which is open to scientists from all over the world, as well as a member of Reviewer’s Panel for International Journal of Contemporary Management journal.

dr Anna Dziadkiewicz

Anna Dziadkiewicz, Ph.D.

Ph.D. in economics in the field of management. She graduated post-graduate studies at London School of Public Relations in London, post-graduate studies in the field of Managing Scientific-Research Project, as well as Business Coach Academy, and a two-years European studies at Jean Monnet Centre. She’s a lecturer at the Marketing Department at University of Gdańsk.

She’s the owner of a training and consulting company – AD-futuro. For the past few years she’s been conducting trainings on design management, public relations, marketing, enterprise brand building. Her interests revolve around design management and service design according to design thinking approach.

She specializes in building strategies for companies which operate in the medical and tourism sector, solicitors’ offices, high schools and the building and consulting sector to name a few. She cooperates with KPOP Lewiatan, Pomerania Development Agency, Brunon Synak’s Pomeranian Science Institute, Baltic Cluster of Health Tourism and many foreign enterprises. She’s the author of a book about brand and image development and a few dozens of articles in the field of management.

She’s a member of International Engineering and Technology Institute based in Hong Kong, and a member of the Program Council of International Conference on Economics and Management Innovations ICEMI 2016 in Wuhan, China, as well as a member of the Science Council at the Porto Politechnic.  She’s spoken at numerous scientific conferences both foreign and domestic. Moreover, she’s the economic editor of Torun Bibliology Studies – statistical and economic analysis at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland. She’s in consistent cooperation with Linnaeus University in Kalmar, Sweden and Porto Politechnic, Portugal, where she organizes and carries out international projects. She conducts lectures and workshops in Poland (Gdańsk, Toruń, Bydgoszcz, Warsaw), as well as abroad, including Portugal, Turkey, Slovakia, Lithuania, France, and Italy. She’s been an intern at Oxford UK, and Liege, Belgium.
